Create an event where SCP-610 yearly shows up from the Russian region where the Bajkal lake is. It will deal thousand of damages every 3 seconds and will need a lot of international intervententions just to stop it from assimilating a region.
If an entire nation gets fully taken over by the flesh that hates, all it's citizens will be forced to attack the other uninfected regions being targetted by the pathogen-mutated flesh, obviously without being able to fight it despite the takeover because they are the flesh themself.
After each regional assimilation from the flesh, the SCP will take a 60 minutes-long break before invading from 3 up to 5 regions simultaneously with precipitation and gradual strategic thinking from the assimilated nations, especially if the Bajkal lake-level containment fails.
Since SCP-610 is a supermassive world-ending threat due to it's high infection rates/chances, physical strength and gradual strategic thinking depending from how big it is, the War Era world will reset from start if the flesh that hates manages to assimilate all it's nations from first to last.
