Tired of Broken Promises? The Bank International for Cooperation Has Opened Its Doors

They signed a NAP with you. Then they attacked at 3 AM.

Every player in Warera knows the story. Treaties in this world are worth exactly as much as the paper they aren't written on. Alliances collapse the moment they become inconvenient. Ceasefires last until the next resource spawn. And when it happens, there's nothing you can do about it — no court, no penalty, no consequences.

Until now.

Introducing the Bank International for Cooperation

The Bank international for Cooperation is Warera's first independent escrow institution. We don't fight wars. We don't join alliances. We do one thing only: we make treaties enforceable.

The concept is simple. When two nations sign a treaty under our custody, both deposit a guarantee in Gold. If everyone keeps their word, the funds return home when the treaty expires. If someone breaks it — the injured party collects athe entire deposit. Suddenly, betrayal has a price tag.

How It Works

1. You negotiate your treaty — NAP, ceasefire, alliance, anything.
2. Both parties deposit the agreed guarantee (from 100 Gold) with the Bank.
3. The funds stay frozen. Proven breach → the victim collects. No breach → everyone gets their money back at expiry.

We also offer treaty drafting assistance — our counsel closes the loopholes before your enemies find them — and neutral mediation for negotiations too tense for a direct table.

"And what stops YOU from keeping the money?"

Fair question. This is Warera, after all.

The answer: we'd be destroying ourselves. The Bank charges a transparent 5% mediation feeon every treaty it guarantees. That fee is our entire income, forever. If we kept a single deposit — just once — no nation would ever sign under our custody again, and the Bank would die that same day.

We don't ask you to trust our honor. We ask you to trust our greed. Honesty is not our virtue; it is our business model.
