I need your help. I just got promoted to commander and my gun isn't up to standard. How can I face the troops with this:

Help a new, youngish commander save face and make a good impression on the team. With this long, hard struggle at war, my funds are low. These two days feels like a life time!

I can pay you back next week as my wage is changing from the current €0 per week. I've been promised a hefty 200% pay rise with the new role, and although I'm bad at maths, I know 200% increase will make things easier as I battle on.
