Step 3: Quickly force elections and restructure the entire government.
Step 4: Instigator gets banned for multi-accounting. But its okay, your gov's already rocking.
Step 5: Keep all strategy talk off country channels or stick to German only.
Step6 : Explain to exiles that it would've happened anyway.
