Non-Aggression Pact between the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Argentine Republic [EN-ES]
Ciudad de Buenos Aires, May 5, 2026. — The Governments of Brazil and Argentina hereby agree to establish a Non-Aggression Pact, reaffirming their mutual commitment to stability, cooperation, and the avoidance of direct military confrontation between both Parties.
Under this agreement, the Parties undertake not to carry out direct military attacks against one another. Indirect actions, including support to allied forces, shall be permitted, provided that such actions do not result in direct engagement between the Parties or take place within core regions.
This agreement shall remain in force for a period of thirty (30) days and shall be automatically renewed under the same terms unless either Party formally communicates its intention to terminate it. Either Party may withdraw from this pact by providing a minimum notice of five (5) days.
In the event of a breach involving direct attacks or actions affecting core regions, the violating Party shall be required to compensate the affected Party at a rate of one (1) Bitcoin per 1,000 damage caused. A maximum threshold of 1,000,000 (one million) damage is established as the limit not subject to penalty.
Both Parties agree that any disputes or conflicts arising during the validity of this agreement shall, whenever possible, be addressed and resolved through diplomatic channels.

Pacto de No Agresión entre la República Federativa del Brasil y la República Argentina
Ciudad de Buenos Aires, 5 de mayo de 2026.- Los Gobiernos de Brasil y Argentina acuerdan por la presente establecer un Pacto de No Agresión, reafirmando su compromiso mutuo con la estabilidad, la cooperación y la evitación de confrontaciones militares directas entre ambas Partes.
En virtud del presente acuerdo, las Partes se comprometen a no llevar a cabo ataques militares directos entre sí. Las acciones indirectas, incluido el apoyo a fuerzas aliadas, estarán permitidas, siempre que dichas acciones no impliquen un enfrentamiento directo entre las Partes ni tengan lugar dentro de regiones núcleo.
El presente acuerdo tendrá una vigencia de treinta (30) días y se renovará automáticamente en los mismos términos, salvo que cualquiera de las Partes comunique formalmente su intención de darlo por terminado. Cualquiera de las Partes podrá retirarse de este pacto mediante notificación previa mínima de cinco (5) días.
En caso de incumplimiento que implique ataques directos o acciones sobre regiones núcleo, la Parte infractora deberá compensar a la Parte afectada a razón de un (1) Bitcoin por cada 1.000 de daño causado. Se establece un umbral máximo de 1.000.000 (un millón) de daño como límite no sujeto a penalización.
Ambas Partes acuerdan que cualquier disputa o conflicto que surja durante la vigencia del presente acuerdo deberá, siempre que sea posible, resolverse por medios diplomáticos.
En fe de lo cual, los representantes abajo firmantes manifiestan su aceptación de los términos precedentemente expuestos:
