Non-Aggression Pact: Troublemakers & South Maritime Defense (SMD)
Effective immediately through November 1st.
Non-Aggression: No hostile actions shall be taken by either side, including attacks and damage. Any violation must be compensated immediately and equally upon notifying the violating party.
Regional Sovereignty and Integrity: Both parties agree to respect each other's core territory and shall not occupy it without prior mutual approval.
Regional disputes: SMD will transfer regions of Central China, Gansu, Sichuan, Qinghai, Southern China to United Korea. Region of Eastern China will stay under control of Taiwan. This territorial settlement shall be respected by both sides for the duration of the NAP.
Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement by providing a one-week notice.
Others: This pact may be extended or changed if both parties mutually agree to prolong it. Both parties are encouraged to enforce or seek resolution of conflicts on behalf of the agreement.
