On Aggression Against Finland

• Finland will extend full support to any revolt or resistance movement targeting the aggressor's held regions.

• Finland will endorse and materially support military operations against the aggressor's core regions.

• Finland reserves the right to support third-party military operations against the aggressor.

• Finland reserves the right to occupy and annex regions currently held by the aggressor.
