When you start to go to the gym, eat healthy, reading books or groom yourself, Your days might have the same routine but, One the day 100 you'll be a completely different person

But if you are not happy with your current life and it is demanding a change and you are not making an effort to bring that change into your life, Then your everyday life might be different, But your circumstances surely will be the same (if not wrose) for the many years to come!
