I was thinking about the current voting system today and I filed a suggestion at https://discord.com/channels/1102968781699043428/1513109623081533490 . A mod wanted me to post it in-game, as we need more community pressure and it would be pretty easy to implement.
Please, like or dislike, comment, share, both here and on the Discord, to raise the awareness and hopefully do something about it.

At this moment, you have to be someone's absolute favorite. If you're literally everyone's nr. 2, it nets you nothing. And if you have 3 irl friends, you get elected 🤷♂️
This could be solved if there would be a system of partial voting, in which you have a max number of votes, equal to the number of congress seats. Then you can choose yourself on who you vote, but is has consequences. You can cast a vote on 1 person for example, which then gets 1,00 votes; or for example 5 persons who each get 0,20 votes; or 20 persons 0,05; ... It's up to the voter to chose to go all-in on one, or to divide his single vote over multiple persons.
I think it would save the day for mostly less talkative but yet valuable members.
