New / Reworked Skills

Leadership for the better Cards.

Also Energy for training / Hiring / self work

Management better to level when your bots are good/developed - Start with Leadership/Energy

Getting started & Hiring Workers

You can hire 1 Employee each company for 10 energy each, max 3 per company.

Upgrading break room to have 3 Workers costs 100 Steel in total (20 Level 2 / 80 Level 3 = 100 in total)

Also you can move each of your companies for free one time. Wait for advice from your alliance or pick the cheapest.

Production Bonus from countrys (SR) is gone so all that matters now is employee tax, Manager Tax and safety of the region you pick. (because you will lose Production bonus with high taxes or get bad events if region is involved in a war.)

Each stat is 1 to 4, all equally likely. 50% chance of 1 trait, otherwise none. Training Potential is 3 to 10, and starting age is 18 to 45.

Look for young employees with high potential or good traits when hiring. (See Tier List)

High potential is the amount of times you can train them.

Be aware Bots will retire when reaching Age 65 aging 1 year every day (at the daily reset).

Life Hack for casual Players or War Mode Players

A life hack. High wages could be a hint for high production but also for a bad wage expectation.

If you are in warmode and dont want to level clankers i suggest picking high wage bots for good starting skills.

You can lower costs with Wage reduction training easily and get a good income without going eco.

Another hint you can just go for luck and farm toolboxes for milestones. Scrap the tools you get and earn some money this way.

Watch out for employees with Recruiter Trait they will add +1 employee to choose from for all your companies (stackable)

Hire for all companies, dont reroll too often because it will double every roll (10,20,40,80,160 energy needed).

Try to hire every good one, than reroll one or maximum 2 times and wait for next day for refresh.

Swap the bad bots out laters.

Training

Training is available after every Daily reset as long as your workers have Training Potential.

(2 Times a Day with a Trainer Trait in the same Company)

Your Leadership Skill and the luck your bot have will improve your odds to roll good cards.

Once you click train you will get 3 cards to pick with the same rarity.

What you can get as a training card. Look below for my skill recommendation. (TL:DR: What to skill)

Understanding how Bots work

Understanding how Bots Work:

Bots are based on Stats (Production, Responsibilty, Luck) these will decide about their output

Wage expectation is rolled on Hiring -30/+30%

Happiness gives them a production boost or penalty. +/- 1% above/under 50 Happiness

Production Output = Production Points / 4 * Production Bonus

Example:

18 / 4 * 24 * 2,231 = 240,948 daily

or 18/4 * 2,231 = 10,04 hourly

Meanwhile wage is based on the Production stat you have (trained + base) not traits and the current market prices of production points.

Leonidas have 7,77 daily wage / 10 / 0,985 = 0,788 cost per production stat without reduction

(BOYS/GIRLS i hope thats correct and why the fuck cant vatou describe things better!!!)

But he got way more production because of traits and more bonus so he earns more

As you see this guy make the same profit like an AE6 company at least on dev.

Meanwhile Zehra have 5,86 / 7 / 1,062 = 0,788 cost per production stat without reduction

Luck can be worth if you have bad traits for production until you replace it to go for chests.

0,1% chance per worked hour

Example:

Luck 4 gives you 0,4 % chance to find a Toolbox per worked hour

If your bots dont work decativated or full warehouse you wont get toolboxes (expect you have the trait)

useless in my opinion just pay your clankers and keep companys empty

Responsibility. Shielding 10 % happiness loss per point.

Maxed out at 10 Responsibility for 100%

Good to have after the last update with 1% Tax = 1 Happiness loss

Example:

Responsibility Skill 4 = 40 % Shield

You have -1 Happiness it shields 0,4 = 0,4% production bonus

-10 Happiness it shields 4 = 4% production bonus

TL:DR What to skill

So after seeing you only pay Base + Train production points

Traits with production are the must have to earn more money.

Because you dont pay production points earned from traits.

If possible you should look for these Training cards:

Good traits (New Habit or gambling Trait if you dare) > production > second wind (more trains always a good pick if you are not sure) / wage reduction or luck (gives you chests helps you train and better odds in events) > responsibilty (good to have as Happiness shield in regions with high taxes)

Depending on the wage expectation it could be more worth to skill wage reduction instead of production. (The more production (Train+Base) you have the better it is to skill wage reduction)

Reworked Tier List

Recruiter (now stackable) is updated to Must Have.

If you cant find the trait here its a bad one in my opinion (or i missed it).

Statist (Ok to have) only if the employee tax is 20% or higher

Trainer buffs only one company and not all like Recruiter so only good to have or ok to have if you want to train faster.

Same for Gambler in my opinion good because you gain 0,3 chance to get a toolbox per hour and only loosing 15% production.

I will go for a production/luck mix. Thats the reason my tier list is mixed like that.

Must have with Events!

How Happiness Works

Events, Moving your employees, Tax will influence employee happiness.

Each Point under 50 Happiness makes you lose 1 % Production bonus to a maximum of - 50 % when hitting 0 Happiness.

Also under 30 Happiness they will possible quit your company.

To a maximum of 5% each hour if you hit 0 Happiness

Responsibility shields that Loss

1 Point in Responsibility is a shield of 10%. With a maximum of 100 % at Responsibility 10

That should be the math for quitting.

They will quit without event where you can keep them. Once gone they are gone.

Retirement and Death

Once your bots reach Age 65 they will retire.

You can keep them for money. (5 days * current payroll)

Or you can let them go and they will give a +1 to a stat or if critical a random good trait to one of your coworkers and a Happiness buff to all coworkers.

Or make your coworkers sad and try the gamble version (worth it with high luck because only 3 days debuff of 5 Happiness and another 10 years (days) a fully trained worker)

Also Battles in their region carry a 1% risk of death.

Good to know

Workers in your countrys core region gain +5 % production bonus regardless of nationality

Bots earn Specialization. 1 % Production bonus each day in their product. (without the trait)

They remember their specialization once moved to the product they already worked in. (starting at 0% in a new product, continuing when moved back to their previous product e.g. the 19% here)

You can see all traits, training cards and events in this help window.

Only available if the worker already have a trait!

You can rename (only premium), fire or move your workers here:

The workforce window shows you available trains and events.
