1° ELECTION AND TERM OF OFFICE
Each region may have a governor and a vice-governor.
The governor will be elected by players residing in the region, through regional elections. Once elected, the governor may choose their vice-governor.
The term will last for one month, following the same duration as presidential terms.
2° FUNCTIONS OF THE GOVERNOR
2.1. Regional Economic Administration.
1) Manage state revenues, in accordance with the mechanisms available in the game.
2) Apply or reduce state taxes, while respecting the limits established by the system.
3) Propose measures aimed at improving the economy and increasing tax revenue in the region.
2.2. Regional Development
1) The governor may invest in the development and improvement of the region's infrastructure, including:
Bunkers;
Military bases;
Pacification centers.
2.3. Request For Budget Allocation From The National Government
At the beginning of his term, the governor must submit a budget request to the parliament and the president to fund his regional projects.
The goal is to allow the governor to begin their administration with the resources needed to carry out the proposals presented during the campaign, rather than relying solely on the revenue they manage to collect after taking office.
The request must be submitted for a vote by the national leads, adhering to the 12-hour deadline established for this process.
3° DEPOSITION OF THE GOVERNOR
The governor may be removed from office by lawmakers, through a voting procedure established by the rules of the game.
4° FUNCTIONS OF THE VICE-GOVERNOR
The vice-governor may exercise the governor’s administrative functions, including economic management and regional development.
However, it will not be possible to request the initial budget from the parliament and the president. This responsibility will rest exclusively with the governor.
