We are currently a small but growing unit of five members, privately funded and commanded by WinstonTurtle. Our central priority is supporting British interests, sovereignty and defence—but you do not need to be British to join.
Players of any nationality are welcome if they accept our rules, communicate with the unit and follow our official orders.
We are an independently operated military and security organisation.
Unlike a purely national unit, our orders will be chosen according to several factors:
Defending British territory and sovereignty.
Supporting countries, organisations and players with whom we have good relations.
Completing worthwhile contracts and bounties.
Finding battles with strong bonuses for rank progression, damage and loot.
Supporting operations that command considers strategically or politically important.
Helping members develop sustainable military builds.
We will often choose efficient, highly rewarded battles—but not every decision will be based purely on maximum damage bonuses.
Sometimes defending a significant region, supporting a friend or standing by our principles is more important than playing with perfect mathematical efficiency. Members must therefore be willing to follow the unit’s objectives even when another battle offers a higher bonus.
Suggestions and discussion are welcome, but as a privately funded organisation, final decisions regarding orders and deployments rest with unit command.
Selected members will be offered employment through my companies at a premium wage under the unit’s published wage structure.
This is a genuine working arrangement: members receive good employment and military support in exchange for remaining active, communicating and following agreed unit orders.
The complete wage structure and requirements are available in the unit chat. Employment may depend on your Production, activity, reliability and continued participation in the unit.
If the planned company-management system reaches the live game in a suitable form, reliable long-term members may also be considered for paid management positions. This is a future intention rather than a promise about an unreleased mechanic.

Help identifying useful contracts and bounties.
Opportunities to improve military rank and collect battle loot.
Guidance on building a sustainable fighting account.
An active commander who monitors battles and opportunities.

You do not need to be online constantly or spend everything you own fighting. However, members are expected to:
Check the unit chat and current orders regularly.
Follow unit orders whenever they are available to fight.
Communicate if they cannot participate.
Avoid deliberately fighting against the unit’s chosen objectives.
Work honestly in any company position provided.
Treat fellow members respectfully.
Give reasonable notice before leaving the unit or employment arrangement.
No member will be required to join UKPP, support a particular political candidate or vote in a particular way. The unit’s military structure and party politics remain separate.
