نرفض بشدة أي إساءة أو تعدٍ على ديننا أو على نبينا محمد ﷺ. حرية التعبير لا تعني أن من حق أي شخص تعمد إهانة ما يقدسه الملايين. نحن نحترم معتقدات الآخرين، ونطالبهم باحترام معتقداتنا بالمثل. الاختلاف والنقد أمر، والإساءة المتعمدة للأديان أمر آخر، ولا ينبغي التعامل معها وكأنها سلوك طبيعي أو مقبول.
إلى كل مسلم: اتخذ موقفًا واضحًا دفاعًا عن دينك ونبيك، وعبّر عن رفضك للإساءة بكرامة واحترام.
We strongly reject any disrespect or insults directed at our religion or the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Freedom of expression does not mean that anyone has the right to deliberately insult what millions of people hold sacred. We respect the beliefs of others, and we expect the same respect in return. Criticism and disagreement are one thing, but deliberate religious insults are another and should not be treated as normal or acceptable behavior.
To every Muslim: take a clear stand in defense of your faith and your Prophet, and express your rejection of such disrespect with dignity and respect.
