Rework the whole job/management system PLEASE!

I've been trying to make the management/employee system work, but it's almost impossible!

It only works if you find someone who won't instantly change jobs for a 0.002 salary difference.

This is what usually happens: you hire someone who will only make a profit after reaching around 9–10% loyalty. That means they are making a loss for you for 9–10 days before they finally become profitable.

A lot of the time, that employee leaves after only 5 days because another company offers a salary that's just 0.002 higher. So instead of eventually making a profit, they've only been costing you money for those 5 days.

This phenomenon happens partly because of new players or players who doesn't understand this system. They often create companies with very high salaries even though they're operating at a huge loss. Those companies survive for about a week before they have to cut salaries or fire employees, but until then they pull employees away from companies that are actually managed responsibly. Employees don't care whether a company is sustainable, they just chase the highest salary. As a result, managers who plan ahead get punished, while companies making unsustainable decisions temporarily gain all the advantages.

And there's no real solution to this. You just keep hiring people until you eventually get lucky and find someone who doesn't instantly leave over a tiny salary difference.

A system that depends on luck isn't fun. Right now, the Management skill feels almost pointless, and putting points into it seems like a waste.
