Rome, 21.05.2026

During the last two days, the Capital’s soil, sacred to the Fatherland, trembled but did not yield. In a dawn of iron and fire, the millennia-old dignity of Italy clashed with the infamy of betrayal, emerging from the smoke of battle crowned with imperishable glory. The Vatican's attempt to capture Rome, claiming an absurd and dusty right over the "Patrimony of St. Peter," shattered against a wall of bayonets and indomitable hearts.

In recent months, Italy extended its hand across the Tiber with regal magnanimity, reassuring the Papal State—specifically the current head of the Church—not to fear its proximity to the pulsing heart of the Nation. Until a few days ago, a non-aggression pact bound both banks of the river.

Before the treaty could expire, our Foreign Minister journeyed to the papal court to renew vows of peace. There, amidst corridors of incense and smiles of convenience, the Pontiff prevaricated. A vile calculation to buy time, a diplomatic smokescreen to sharpen daggers in the shadows.

In a desperate attempt to cleanse his conscience before the World, the Pope hurled delirious anathemas, accusing Italy of betraying its Brazilian ally and selling its soul to the service of "infidels." But masks fall quickly: he himself, who proclaims to be the Vicar of God, marched protected by the armies of foreign and non-Catholic nations, forging ironclad pacts with Germany, Israel, and Islamic potentates.

Let no one be deceived: this arrogant Pope, bloated with pathological narcissism and blinded by the mirage of a power he does not possess, is nothing but a puppet king. Behind his tiara hide the strings of Germany, the arrogant nation that has always plotted for the ruin of Italy. Berlin sent its puppet to the slaughter, forgetting the verdict of history. Let the Germans remember when, in proud times, they dared to cross our borders: Italy not only repelled the Teutonic eagle, but unleashed an overwhelming counteroffensive that invaded and subjugated their entire territory, crushing Germanic pride under the Italian boot. That very same historical Nemesis struck their ambitions of revenge today.

The assault on Rome was a military suicide. The papal hosts and foreign mercenaries broke like waves of mud against the Rock of our defense. The streets they dreamed of conquering became the theater of their shattered, disorderly rout. Seeing the disaster, with the cowardice that characterizes failed tyrants, the Pope immediately sent a henchman to beg for Italy's mercy, crawling amidst the rubble of his own pride (*A).

But Italy does not negotiate with those who hold a dagger behind their back. Having just cleansed my hands from the blood of yesterday's battle, I received the Vatican diplomat, and with Roman audacity, Italian steadfastness, and the voice of our legions, I answered:

Woe to the vanquished. Rome is not to be touched: Italy has spoken, the sword has shown, the victory is forever!
VIVA L'ITALIA!
VIVA LA REPUBBLICA!

*A): Vatican's peace offer on 20th May, after Rome was defended.
"The Supreme Pope Crowley has sent me to negotiate a peace. You are truly fortunate that Crowley is so merciful and generous towards you.
To put an end to hostilities, the Vatican requires the following points:
300 gold coins as war reparations
An official apology from Chiorico, who accused the Holy Father of abusing his powers as a mod
A two-week truce
A post from the Shadow Government acknowledging the Pope's mercy
These are the points. If you agree, I will inform the Pope to halt hostilities. The points are non-negotiable."
