Russia-Linked Revolt Scenario Expands Toward Tver and Smolensk

Russia is revolting in Tver & Smolensk. while doing that they are also attacking Central Chernozem Reg. but as it looks there, they already lost.

Via sources it was already expected the Russian protestors would attack soon, and as planned they have. from their sources they expected the attack, and are now fighting back. Cassaulties have fallen and protestors are Arrested on sight after they gave up. that is all we know for now

Developments in Tver and Smolensk

Local authorities have been reported showing up at disruptions, including infrastructure, communications networks, and power stations. Resulting in sometimes having blackouts in the states. Lithuania thinks these are coordinated attacks from groups of protestors.
