Serbian State Communiqué #6: A Mandate of Continuity

BogoljubJuly 5, 2026politics

Renewed Mandate

Following the conclusion of the presidential election, I am honored to once again accept the trust placed in me by the citizens of https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d446e731854c7ac7ba and begin my second term as President.

This mandate carries a different weight.

When I first assumed this office, Serbia was no longer present on the map. Rebuilding our nation from that position was never going to be easy. We faced the challenge of restoring our state, rebuilding our institutions and returning Serbia to where it belongs.

With the support of our citizens and the strength of our allies in https://app.warera.io/alliance/6a2966e8f0f195d344d5158c, Serbia returned to the map, secured its place in the Balkans and expanded its influence beyond our homeland. Today Serbia controls most of Balkan Peninsula and has established a presence in both Anatolia and the Apennine Peninsula.

This progress belongs to every citizen who fought, worked, recruited, organized and stood by Serbia during the past month.

The election was not only a decision about who should lead Serbia. It was also a decision about the direction our nation should continue to follow. The people have chosen to continue building upon the progress we have made together.

Under our Constitution, this will be my final consecutive term as President. Because of that, I do not see this mandate as simply another month in office. I see it as an opportunity to complete the work we have begun, strengthen the institutions that will remain after me and leave Serbia in a stronger position for the leaders who will follow.

Focus on the Economy

For the immediate future, Serbia's primary objective will be to strengthen diplomatic efforts and help bring the current conflict to a close. The past month has demanded tremendous commitment from our soldiers, government and allies, and while we have achieved important victories on the battlefield, every war eventually reaches a point where lasting progress depends not only on military success, but also on political stability and economic recovery.

War will always remain an integral part of WarEra. It determines borders, shapes alliances and often defines the balance of power between nations. Serbia has never hesitated to defend its interests or stand alongside its allies when the situation required it, and that commitment will never change. Whenever our country or our partners need us, Serbia will continue to answer that call.

At the same time, a successful nation cannot be built solely through military victories. Once the current conflict subsides, our attention must increasingly shift toward strengthening our economy, expanding domestic production and creating a more organized and self-sufficient state.

A strong economy is the foundation upon which every successful military campaign is built. It enables us to equip our soldiers, support active citizens, help new players establish themselves, invest in domestic companies and ensure that Serbia is prepared not only for today's challenges, but also for those that may arise in the future.

Military victories may secure territory, but lasting strength comes from a stable economy, active citizens and well-organized institutions. My goal is for Serbia to excel in all three, ensuring that our nation remains competitive both in times of war and in times of peace.

The Government of Serbia

With the beginning of this second mandate, a new government has been formed.

This administration will preserve the foundations that worked during the previous term while introducing improvements where they are needed. Our goal is not change for the sake of appearance, but a government that functions better, communicates more clearly and delivers results more efficiently.

The coming period will require discipline and coordination across all areas of state work. Every ministry will have a clear responsibility, every official will be expected to contribute and every decision will be guided by the interests of Serbia.

The government will continue to focus on defense, diplomacy, economy, internal organization, new player integration and community development.

A state is not strengthened only through speeches or titles. It is strengthened through people who are willing to work every day, solve problems and take responsibility when it matters.

That is the standard this government will be expected to uphold.

Every Citizen Matters

One of the government's highest priorities during this mandate will be strengthening our support for new players and improving the way we welcome them into our community.

Every experienced citizen was once a beginner. The continued growth of Serbia depends not only on the dedication of our veterans, but also on our ability to help new players find their place, understand the game and become active members of our nation.

Too often, new players join a country only to feel overwhelmed or disconnected during their first few days. That is something we must actively work to change. Every newcomer should know that there are people willing to answer questions, provide guidance and help them become part of the Serbian community from day one.

For this reason, the government has established a dedicated Ministry of Youth, whose sole purpose will be to improve communication with newcomers, assist them in learning the game and ensure that no promising player is left behind simply because they lacked guidance.

Every new citizen represents an investment in Serbia's future. Today's beginner can become tomorrow's soldier, entrepreneur, diplomat, minister or even President. By helping people succeed early, we strengthen not only individual players but the country as a whole.

If we want Serbia to remain one of the strongest and most active nations in WarEra for months and years to come, we must continue investing in the next generation of citizens. That is not simply a short-term objective for this government, it is one of the foundations upon which Serbia's long-term success will be built.

Staying Connected to Our Citizens

A government can only be effective if it remains connected to the people it represents. While certain discussions and decisions must naturally remain within the government, citizens should always have the opportunity to stay informed, ask questions and contribute their own ideas.

During this mandate, we intend to introduce regular community meetings on Discord where citizens will be able to speak directly with members of the government. These meetings will provide an opportunity to discuss ongoing projects, answer questions, hear constructive criticism and receive suggestions from the people who help shape Serbia every day.

The purpose of these discussions is not simply to report on government activity, but to create a stronger connection between the government and the wider community. Some of Serbia's best ideas have come from ordinary citizens and I want to ensure that everyone continues to have a voice in the future of our country.

Serbia has always been more than its government. It is a community built by hundreds of players working toward a common goal. By maintaining open communication and encouraging dialogue, I believe we can continue building a country where every citizen feels involved in its success.

Completing the Journey

This second term is not the beginning of a new chapter, but the continuation of one that has already been shaped by war, diplomacy, difficult decisions and countless hours of work from people across our community. During the previous mandate, Serbia proved that it could overcome adversity, rebuild itself and continue moving forward even when the circumstances were far from ideal. Those achievements give us confidence, but they also raise the standard we must continue to meet.

The responsibility of this government is not simply to preserve what has already been accomplished, but to build upon it. Throughout this final consecutive mandate, our focus will remain on strengthening the institutions we have created, improving the organization of our government, expanding our economy, supporting our citizens and ensuring that Serbia continues to grow long after this administration has completed its work.

Under our Constitution, this will be my final consecutive term as President of Serbia. I accepted that reality before asking for your trust once again and it is precisely why I intend to approach this mandate with an even greater sense of responsibility. My objective is not simply to lead Serbia for another month, but to leave behind a stronger, more organized and more stable country.

Finally, I would like to thank every citizen who has contributed to Serbia over the past month. Whether you fought on the battlefield, worked in our economy, recruited new players, served in government, organized community projects, donated your time or simply remained active when your country needed you, every contribution has helped shape the Serbia we have today.

No president, minister or government succeeds alone. The strength of Serbia has always come from the dedication of its people, and I have been fortunate to serve alongside citizens who care deeply about the future of our nation.

Over the coming month, I will continue to devote all of my energy to completing the work we have begun together. There are still goals to achieve, institutions to strengthen and opportunities to seize. I hope when this mandate comes to an end, I will be able to look back with pride knowing that I left Serbia stronger than I found it and prepared it for the leaders who will come after me.

Thank you once again for your trust.

ЖИВЕЛА СРБИЈА!
