Signed, Seen, and Denied: India’s Credibility in Question

The Government of Malaysia issues this statement to formally document and clarify the circumstances surrounding the Non-Aggression Pact (NAP) discussions involving Malaysia, Indonesia, and India.

This statement is made in the interest of establishing an accurate and verifiable record of events.

Malaysia participated in these negotiations in good faith, represented by @699279c6627545590908cdbb and @69aac07f121f6bfdfad387ca , alongside Indonesia’s leadership—President @698f5c7311b28721ff537bf6 and Minister of Foreign Affairs @6990e15f0beef0f0c5c33899 —with facilitation by @682787e1a3cf9ba485f027b9 , acting as our mediator. Behold images of when government officials were invited into the group, pay attention to the date and time of course throught this whole article (GMT+8);

India’s participation, through Minister of Foreign Affairs @695041f32b332672a6278aff and Vice President and Congressman @699bd1a94eca9ee184b7515a , constituted a material basis for Malaysia’s understanding that the agreement under discussion was being conducted with appropriate authority. At no stage during the negotiation process was any limitation of authority disclosed or implied despite being questioned.

Subsequent statements originating from India have asserted that the NAP was not formally sanctioned. In connection with this position, responsibility has been attributed to @695041f32b332672a6278aff , while @699bd1a94eca9ee184b7515a has indicated a lack of awareness of both the negotiation process and the resulting agreement. Following the announcement of the NAP within the AF server, a vote was initiated to remove both Malaysia and India from the alliance. This process was ultimately rendered moot after Malaysia elected to withdraw voluntarily while India and @699bd1a94eca9ee184b7515a still remains in the alliance with full permissions.

It's hard for Malaysia to not imagine there was collusion and bias here but let's stick to the point.

Malaysia notes that such representations of non-awareness are inconsistent with the available record.

Documented evidence— to be presented—demonstrates that @699bd1a94eca9ee184b7515a was present within the relevant communication channels during the negotiation period, actively engaged throughout material stages of discussion, and remained present following the conclusion of the agreement. These facts are directly relevant to any assessment of knowledge, participation, and responsibility.

In light of this, Malaysia considers the claim of non-awareness to be ridiculous in question.

Malaysia further notes that it entered into the NAP on the reasonable reliance of representations made through participation, presence, and conduct of the parties involved. At no point was Malaysia placed on notice that the agreement lacked internal authorization within India’s government. Malaysia's ONE AND ONLY condition to participating in the NAP was that India was also a participant. Any internal discrepancy in authority or communication was not disclosed and, as such, cannot be retrospectively attributed to external parties acting in good faith.

Indonesia’s conduct throughout this process remains consistent with principles of transparency and cooperation. No issue arises in relation to their participation.

The matter at hand concerns the allocation of responsibility following the fact. The redirection of accountability in a manner that appears inconsistent with documented participation raises legitimate concerns regarding the integrity of the representations made during negotiation.

Malaysia therefore formally requests clarification from India’s leadership addressing:

  • The scope of authority held by its representatives during the negotiation period;

  • The basis upon which claims of non-awareness are made in light of documented participation;

  • The internal processes by which the agreement has been subsequently characterized as unauthorized.

  • Clarification on what actions, if any, will be taken in relation to @699bd1a94eca9ee184b7515a , in light of the inconsistencies outlined above. This is particularly relevant given that Malaysia has already incurred consequences—including its withdrawal from the AF—arising directly from representations now placed in dispute. While a trial is currently being held for @695041f32b332672a6278aff in a very disrespectful and disgraceful manner, we do not see the same treatment towards @699bd1a94eca9ee184b7515a , who seems to be glad that he has managed to get away with it, showing not even a single ounce of remorse or humanity.

    The conduct of Petro reflects a clear and unacceptable failure of accountability, is a clear attempt to distance himself from an agreement he was actively involved in despite evidence to the contrary, and a trial of the same magnitude of disrespectful and disgraceful mannerisms is demanded in light of his actions.

Malaysia remains committed to conducting its international engagements in good faith, with transparency and mutual respect. Such standards, however, require reciprocal adherence.

In addition, Malaysia considers it necessary to advise ALL NATIONS that, under the present circumstances, as long as @699bd1a94eca9ee184b7515a has not been declared as an enemy of the state and banned from India, any and all future agreements involving India warrant heightened scrutiny and should not be taken at face value due to corruption of the government. Since India refuses to acknowledge the severity of his crimes, until clarity and accountability are established, the reliability of representations made by its leadership remains in question, and external parties would be prudent to undertake thorough verification before entering into any type of formal or informal arrangement. Even then, any agreement made should still be treated as non-binding since India's government can decide to waive responsibility whenever it benefits them.

Ps: Sorry that I failed to "Keep this between us"
