Skill potential per country in September
Another rainbow chart ;)
As some of you have commented personally to me, that expected damage is very volatile metric, I have decided to take one more general one, that can speak both about military and economic potential - depending on how users will use it - that is - skill points.
Skill points are a bit easier to calculate (because of availability of those numbers in API), and easier in presentation comparing to user levels - if you would have idea how to aggregate and present user levels per country easily - please let me know.
So, I have gathered user skills sample during each day presented on this chart and summarized all citizens from each country to present below.
Additionally I have picked only countries, for which average from those samples were the top 28 (average of skills during month higher than 1000).
