After failed negotiation with Kenya and a complete lack of diplomacy from them, we have decided to declare war.
This was the proposal we gave them with regards to the two Kenyan territories we currently hold:
I. Territorial Handover South Africa will return all Kenyan lands immediately. With this transition, South Africa’s administrative presence in Kenya officially concludes.
II. Financial Settlement As compensation for the inconvenient nature of this transaction, South Africa will pay Kenya 500 BTC. While the arrangement caused inconveniences, South Africa considers this payment more than generous given the "hijacked income" Kenya has already benefited from. This payment serves as the final settlement of all accounts.
III. The Rwanda Mandate Kenya must immediately stop all efforts to destabilize Rwanda. For every round in a Rwandan revolt against South Africa: Damages by Kenyans must always favour South Africa. Any failure by Kenya to stop their citizens getting involved against South Africa in a Rwanda and rebellion will be treated as a formal act of war.
For the purpose of this agreement: A Kenyan refers to every current and ex citizen of Kenya with exemption for Manfredi and Spectre
Not only have they been completely unreasonable in negotiations, they have also been rude, disrespectful and an absolute pain and waste of time to deal with.
This negotiation had been ongoing for a number of weeks. There is no monetary benefit for South Africa to occupy these lands.
Kenya have directly supported multiple revolts in Rwanda costing us a lot of money and damage. We have had to do 46 million damage against their revolts.
On top of this they continue to align themselves with Romanian proxies in Somalia. This is something South Africa will never accept
South Africa will always choose dialogue over war, but entitlement, arrogance and abrasiveness will not get you far.
