Spy? What spy?

As i will be stepping down from the Papal office in the next days i decided to show the peak of the Vatican-Italian relations.

(and initially they wanted control over who can enter the Vatican)

Article VI specifically claimed:

We went forward with this agreement in good faith, unfortunately the other side didn't.

(She was basically writing in the Vatican we should attack Germany because they're protestants)

But after negotiations they signed the deal and had no problems with any of the articles.

But unfortunately, they didn't respect the deal and didn't take her out (and after a week or so she went in sleeper agent mode).

But this was enough for us to understand this deal is worthless.

And when they cameback to sign a new NAP (because we totally want another peace of paper that isn't respected) we had a little bit of fun with the Italian delegation and made them complete a 7 pages long questionnaire about their faith (of which only 1 was about the NAP)
