Citizens of Armenia,

The current situation is stable. Our forests are quiet. Our borders remain secure. Daily life continues without disruption.

Do not mistake this calm for victory.

The gray wolf has never relied on strength alone. It survives through patience. It advances through deception. It waits in silence, studies its surroundings, and strikes only when vigilance has faded. Every period of peace is an opportunity for it to regroup beyond the reach of ordinary observation.

Recent assessments indicate no immediate emergency. Nevertheless, the Ministry warns against complacency. History has shown that the greatest expansions have always followed moments when the population believed the threat had passed. Those who deny the existence of the Armenian people today are the ideological heirs of those who sought to erase us yesterday.

The wolf does not change its nature. It changes its timing.

The National Wolf Containment Program therefore remains in full effect.
