Statement of Position: Territorial Sovereignty in War Era

عندما دخلنا سيرفرات War Era، لم نجد خريطة خالية، بل وجدنا أراضينا السودانية تحت السيطرة المصرية. كبرت أعدادنا ونظمنا صفوفنا، وطالبنا بحقنا المشروع في استعادة أرضنا وسيادتنا عليها، لكن مطالبنا قوبلت بالرفض.

When we entered the War Era servers, we did not find an empty map. We found our Sudanese territories under Egyptian control. As our numbers grew, we organized ourselves and demanded our legitimate right to reclaim our land and sovereignty, but our demands were rejected.

طوال أشهر طويلة، سعى السودانيون للوصول إلى حلول وسط ومسارات دبلوماسية متوازنة، مع تقديم تنازلات وتعويضات للجانب المصري مقابل أراضينا السودانية. لكن هذه المحاولات باءت بالفشل أمام تراخي الجانب المصري وعدم جديته في التفاوض.

For many months, Sudanese players pursued compromise and balanced diplomatic solutions, offering concessions and even compensation to the Egyptian side in exchange for our territories. Unfortunately, these efforts failed due to the Egyptian side's lack of seriousness and commitment to negotiations.

حين اتخذنا التدابير اللازمة ودخلنا في تحالفات استراتيجية تدعم مطلبنا الشرعي وتساعدنا على استعادة أرضنا، تعالت الأصوات باتهامنا بتفكيك "الوحدة العربية" والسماح لتحالفات أجنبية بكسب موطئ قدم في المنطقة.

When we finally took the necessary measures and entered strategic alliances to support our legitimate claim and help reclaim our land, we were accused of undermining "Arab unity" and allowing foreign alliances to gain a foothold in the region.

لكن أصحاب هذا الطرح يتناسون أنهم هم أنفسهم من بادروا بالهجوم على أراضينا، ليس مرة ولا مرتين، بعد أن استرددناها، وبمشاركة من الجار الليبي للأسف، تحت الذريعة ذاتها: "توحيد الجبهة العربية".

Yet those making this argument conveniently overlook the fact that they themselves repeatedly attacked our territories after we had reclaimed them, with the participation of our Libyan neighbor, sadly, under the very same excuse: "unifying the Arab front."

وهنا يبرز السؤال الجوهري: إذا كانت هذه حجتهم، فلماذا يمتد التمدد والعرض العسكري إلى السعودية واليمن وغيرها؟ إن التوجه العام للحكومة المصرية، كما لمسناه طوال وجودنا في هذه اللعبة، قائم على السيطرة والتوسع على حساب الجميع، بعيدًا عن منطق الأخوة أو التفاهمات السياسية.

This raises a fundamental question: if unity is truly the justification, then why does Egyptian military expansion and projection of force extend toward Saudi Arabia, Yemen, and elsewhere? From what we have witnessed throughout our time in this game, the broader approach of the Egyptian government has been one of expansion and control at the expense of others, rather than genuine brotherhood or political understanding.

نحن لا نقصد التعميم، ولا ندعو إلى الحرب لمجرد القتال، لكننا لن نتوانى عن الدفاع عن سيادتنا متى ما فُرضت علينا. وهذه رسالة واضحة للجميع: لا يصح لعب دور الضحية وتصدير خطابات الأخوة، في الوقت الذي تتواجد فيه القوات والجواسيس المصرية في نصف دول المنطقة.

We do not seek to generalize, nor do we call for war simply for the sake of fighting. But we will not hesitate to defend our sovereignty whenever it is challenged. This is a clear message to everyone: one cannot play the victim and promote rhetoric of brotherhood while Egyptian forces and agents are present across half the region.

وكما قيل: "وما طار طيرٌ وارتفع إلا كما طار وقع." الأرض لأصحابها، والسيادة لا تُوهب بل تُصان.

As the saying goes: "No bird rises forever; however high it flies, it must eventually come down." The land belongs to its rightful owners, and sovereignty is not granted—it is defended.
