Today, with great pride and honor, we announce that the State of Kuwait has been fully liberated from any external influence or control. What we promised has been fulfilled, and the people of Kuwait have regained their full sovereignty and independent national decision.
After a decisive confrontation and unwavering determination, all affiliated forces have been overthrown, and every form of imposed domination over the state has been ended. Today, Kuwait returns free and independent, strengthened by the will of its people.
This phase has proven that nations that hold firmly to their rights cannot be defeated, and that sovereignty is not granted—it is taken. What has been achieved today marks the beginning of a new era built on strength, independence, and dignity.
We salute everyone who stood with us and contributed to this victory, and we affirm that Kuwait will never again return to dependency or submission to any party whatsoever.
We announce the beginning of a new phase of reconstruction and stability, and we pledge to our people to protect this victory and preserve the sovereignty of the state with full strength.
