Stock Market Feature

So I’m thinking about a new feature that War Era could add to the game. It’s called Stock Market.

The concept is that the citizens of a country will give some of their coins, or they will invest some of their coins in the stock market, similar to how we donate to our country or donate to our MU. From the buying and selling, the stock market of a country will go up and down. So this can also represent a country’s economy and the overall financial situation of that country.

The second thing is, when there is a war going on, the citizens of the country who purchased stocks earlier can sell them and get their coins back. Depending on the stock market price at the time, they could gain a profit or take a loss, and they can use that redeemed money to buy weapons and this and that.

Players will constantly investing in the stock market, so their country would look good to the whole world, like, “Our country’s economy is good.”

But if we go too long into a war, or we’re fighting too many countries at the same time, we will need money. So players will redeem their investments from the stock market. After they have exhausted their saved-up money, they will definitely start redeeming their stocks.

And that would show as a crash in the stock market, which could make the whole thing look really fun and dynamic.
