In light of the painful escalation between the Republic of Sudan and the Arab Republic of Egypt, we call upon both brotherly nations to exercise wisdom, restraint, and to prioritize dialogue over confrontation.
The deep historical ties, shared destiny, and bonds between both peoples are far greater than any temporary dispute. The continuation of conflict will only bring further suffering and instability to the entire region.
We therefore urge both leaderships to return immediately to the negotiating table and work toward a fair and peaceful resolution that preserves sovereignty, dignity, and regional stability.
We also call upon the international community, as well as regional and global organizations, to fulfill their moral and political responsibilities in helping resolve this crisis and support the path of peace and dialogue.
Peace is not the choice of the weak; it is the decision of the wise and the strength of true leaders.
في ظل التصعيد المؤلم بين جمهورية السودان وجمهورية مصر العربية، ندعو الطرفين الشقيقين إلى التحلي بالحكمة وضبط النفس، وتغليب لغة الحوار على صوت السلاح.
إن ما يجمع الشعبين من تاريخ وروابط ومصير مشترك أكبر من أي خلاف عابر، وإن استمرار النزاع لن يجلب إلا المزيد من المعاناة وعدم الاستقرار للمنطقة بأسرها.
وعليه، فإننا نناشد القيادتين إلى العودة الفورية لطاولة المفاوضات، والعمل على إيجاد حل سلمي عادل يحفظ السيادة والكرامة ويضمن الأمن والاستقرار.
كما ندعو المجتمع الدولي، والمنظمات الإقليمية والدولية، إلى الاضطلاع بمسؤولياتهم الأخلاقية والسياسية للمساهمة في فك هذه الأزمة، ودعم مسار السلام والحوار.
فالسلام ليس خيار الضعفاء، بل هو قرار الأقوياء وحكمة القادة.
