Suggestion on how we could improve our community

Hello War Era community! Nice to be here! I will not use fancy words or waste your time with long introduction. I am a practical person. The reason why i am writing this article is because i want to share with you my ingame experience so far about employment. I know that it's a new game and we are all doing our best to make it even better and grow it's community. I have noticed some sneaky practices though from some "employers" in order to achieve maximum production and profit. I will not analyse these tactics but i would like to make a suggestion on how hiring should be in order to minimise the sneaky and the ignorant about War Era economy people. I haven't fully understand the economy as well but i strongly believe that if people that do not have sufficient amount of coins or storage at their companies shouldn't be able to hire . For example if a person that owns a company with 200 storage and his account has 36 coins shouldn't be able make an offer for a job asking 40 production and 110 energy. It's a free market some would say. Or you should be more careful before joining. I agree with both. We can't make things perfect but we can surely make them better...
