Suggestions: Add Translate buttons (Articles and Messages)

As you already know from the title, I'm here to suggest a translate button for the articles and messages.

I'm Brazilian and I know English, but unfortunately, I don't know any German, Swedish, Russian or Arabic yet, but I still want to communicate with users in those languages without leaving the app to translate the messages (the same goes for articles).
