Hi Folks!
I was not sure if I supposed to publish our collection in "Guide" or "Entertainment", but in the spirit of recent discussion, let's take it as a lesson and learning exercise for the new players and show what is happening, when unskilled (SPOILER: not only in the terms of skill points) player want to deal big damage without really understanding what they are doing.
Strap the belts and be quiet! I'm taking you for a tour over our museum, and I will be your guide. I will show you our most precious awards collection, telling you the story of our hero - https://app.warera.io/user/686c04a7fb337713b2a58ed9 ("Eagle94").
The Lore
Idea of the collection started from the user https://app.warera.io/user/686c04a7fb337713b2a58ed9 ("Eagle94"). Let's take a look at first exhibit - his profile page:

What we are observing here?
Let's take it as we see. What we see first? That the total lifetime of this player was ~2 months.
Next, please see the level: 13. Currently, to reach that level you need one week, AFAIR, as the skill progress mechanism was different than today.
Normally what would be recommended in this case, is to develop companies and invest in your eco, so you can get some passive income at later stages, but he knew better. What we can see here?
Exhibit 2: Companies

2 companies.
To save your time, of what history if his transaction tells is that our colleague here was grinding for 2 months (please also notice wage back then):
Exhibit 3: Salary

In WarEra, the point is that you are setting your goals for yourself. He had one purpose: To get the best equipment!
And he made it!
Now in the game, as Exhibit 1 shows, we can see the equipped items (you couldn't back then), this is why we are keeping the award in its current shape - to maintain the tradition, because back then it was the only way to know what kind of equipment was used, and actually it shows when it is actually being used.
Please notice the skills selected by Orzeł94 above. For experienced player, it will be obvious, but let me bring the Skills table to visualise it better:
Exhibit 4: Skills

What you will call above would be "light hybrid", because of very early level. Both eco and fighter Skill Point distribution is mixed. The maximal recommended equipment for that would be green stuff, to not waste the money, which was earned so hard.
What supposed to happen here, is that he should: Sit with all points on Eco, and use grey, max green equipment to start to gain experience on how to fight, save and reinvest the money. If he want to try to fight, he can switch his skills to "Fight skills" and try to deal damage then.
But our hero knew better.
What was the result?
Badges are collected, or rather "captured", by your players during the game, as this was the only way back then to see the player equipment, but the point is the end result.
This one has been captured in the wild, by one of our Senior Staff member, and it has became the Award.
Exhibit 5: The Badge of the Eagle94

Soon after that, he quit the game.
The Lesson
What we have here are players, who clearly didn't had the chance to get someone else to guide them and show them what they should and what they shouldn't do, or they didn't get the proper review through the articles "Guides" section of WarEra, Wiki or sometimes don't even read from the UI of the game on how different things work.
So, you ask how it might happen?
You are on a debuff after taking a pill
Equipment is not everything. It needs to support the skills (and vice versa).
If it will happen to you - don't worry, it happened to the best.
Can it actually make sense to do it like this on debuff as a last resort ditch? Weeeeeel, in my opinion no. It rather shows lack of preparation, not necessarily on a individual, but even in command, when something need to be defended so desperately. And it costs a lot, usually without achieving the end result.
For me it means that something has failed earlier:
Diplomacy - in form of help from allies to support the defence, deter or get at peace with the attacker
Command - wrong target selection, prioritization or timing for earlier pill usage during enemy or own attack (if it happened during counter-attack of an enemy)
Logistics - lack of proper individual preparation for the fight if there are no other people available who can make the damage or don't have enough equipment for to provide similar damage
Intelligence - wrong estimation of enemy capabilities - to execute attack.
So don't do it. Save your ammo and that expensive equipment for the next battle, when you will be taking the land back. It will make sense to use that equipment once you and others reconvene and you are sure everything is properly prepared.
The Badge
In the memory of him, Staff of Poland - our internal management body, based on the oldest and most active PL players that help to manage the country - has decided to create award and assign it to users that were seen making that mistake on the battlefield.
So the decided to reward with this badge the users who made that mistake and we maintain this collection until today (actually, the newest exhibit is from today!).
For the sake of respect, honour and tradition, we will keep the awarded members anonymized to some extent (that is - unless you can recognize the avatars).
