Map paradox
It’s kind of insane when you zoom out and look at the map.
A tiny region like the Balkans…
surrounded by massive nations and entire continents…
And yet somehow, this is where millions of damage keep flowing.

It feels like no matter the era — real history or WarEra — this part of the world never really stops fighting.
Maybe it’s the terrain.
Maybe it’s the history.
Maybe it’s just something in the water.
But the pattern is always the same:
small space, huge conflict density, constant pressure.
The Balkans have always been described as chaotic in real history…
and somehow that same energy shows up here too.

On the map, are marked conflict hotspots (10 red points in Balkan region) — and it honestly looks like the region is permanently “activated”.
It’s weird, but also kind of fitting.
A mountain region with a long memory for wars…
now turning that same energy into insane weekly damage numbers.
Small land. Big impact.
Always.
