All pockets of insurgent activity have been neutralized.
All access points to the city are sealed.
Every attempt to break into the city center has been crushed.
Moscow is safe. Moscow is stable. Moscow belongs to Lithuania.
Citizens, your courage and loyalty helped maintain order.
You stayed in your homes, followed instructions, and proved that Moscow is no longer a place where enemy propaganda can take root.
At this moment, the forces of the Republic of Lithuania continue clearing operations.
If you hear explosions or gunfire — these are our units eliminating the last remaining resistance.
These are the sounds of our victory.
