The last days I got carried away and almost forgot who we are. I spent days sweet-talking fedora-wearing, neck-bearded diplomats, smoothing over quarrels that were never ours.
We are not just another nation. We are pirates! We sail out when we want, we hit who we want, and we answer to no bloc. So allow me to set the record straight.
Cyprus. We came for revenge, and we took it. Mission accomplished. We'll stay anchored off their coast for as long as we please.
Syria. We sailed with our Syrian friends because it aligned very well with our goal: Revenge on Cyprus. And we paid our share in full, leaving over 50 million damage on those battlefields.
Lebanon and Israel. This on the other hand is not our cup of tea. We will not be ground between the millstones of the alliances by making their conflicts our own. Our friendship with Syria stands on our own terms, and never under anyone else's banner.
The blocs. We are alliance-free and independent, and we intend to stay that way. SMD, P.A.S.T.A, ATLAS: settle your own feud. And while you're busy fighting each other, we'll be busy looting whatever you left unguarded.
Turkey. If we want to fight in Turkey, we'll fight in Turkey. We won't be asking permission. We never have.
To my crew. You voted and I hear you! First, to show Cyprus what we are made of, and we did. Second, to stay independent and I won't let you down on that! Chasing frontlines and patching up alliance drama is not who we are. The revenge is done. Now we draw our own lines in the sand.
To everyone else. Keep an eye on the horizon. Once our sails are set, don't be surprised if our flag turns up in your battle. If our actions bring war to our islands, so be it. We look forward to a good fight.
