METHOD

Bounty payouts come from per-battle money rankings at unit level, paginated to the end, window pinned at both edges. Treasury income comes from the weekly national accounts. Units are placed by the plurality flag of their members through citizenship history, never by registration. Gold per million is observed pay divided by observed damage, not a quoted price. A wire cannot be traced to a payout; treasury gold is fungible, which is why this file weighs pools instead of following coins. Every printed total is the sum of the printed rows. Every unit was measured by the same rules, including mine.
