The Death Of Pope Emeritus Gregory XVII

Brothers and Sisters, it is with a heavy heart that we bring the news that Pope Emeritus Gregory XVII has gone to join our eternal Father in his heavenly home. He passed away reciting the Rosary in his home. His last word was Jesus.

During his life as Pope, Gregory seeked to establish the one true Church in this world, taking up the mission of his predecessor, Pope Ant Rose, as he inherited the Vatican MU, and bringing it to fruition. He used his resources, articles and support from allies to launch the ACTUAL First Official Crusade on the server. Eventually he gained enough support from the server to overcome the greed of Vatou, and received recognition for the Vatican. 

Unfortunately, the Vatican was infiltrated by a self proclaimed Inquisition, which were really a bunch of Warhammer 40k larpers, who seized power and shut the gates of the Vatican, devolving into a cult. But, the gates of hell cannot prevail against Jesus Christ’s Church and the Papal succession has regained the Vatican.

During the occupation, his holiness stepped down as Pope, seeking to take time to grow closer to God through Exodus 90. But, before stepping down he handed authority to loyal and faithful servants of the Church. These servants elected his Holiness Pope Crowley I in a conclave, thus securing the most Holy apostolic succession and raising up a truly great and faithful Pope, who has more than fulfilled the responsibility placed upon him.

Thus ends the life of a servant of God and begins a new page in the history of the Church.
