Citizens of Cambodia and nations across the world:
Vientiane, Lagos capital has fallen. Earlier this week, the forces of Cambodia, under the command of Carlos Manuel de Cespedes, entered the city of Vientiane, marking the complete conquest of Laos. At the same time, our Thai allies launched a coordinated offensive to the south, storming Kuala Lumpur and striking a decisive blow against the Malayan Coalition. Surrounded on all fronts, the coalition has been forced to open peace negotiations.
With victory secured across the Indochinese front, a new chapter begins. The Army of Kampuchea has been reorganized and divided into two distinct forces. One faction, inspired by revolutionary ideals, has marched northward into China, founding the People’s Liberation Army with the goal of liberating the Chinese territories from oppression.The second faction remains in Cambodia, taking up the mantle of national defense and governance under the new banner of the Indochinese Army, commanded by Commander-in-Chief Carlos Céspedes.
We wish our brave comrades who journeyed to China the best of luck in their struggle for freedom. Their courage and determination will forever be remembered as part of our shared legacy.
We also extend our deepest gratitude to our allies in Thailand, Indonesia, and East Timor, whose unwavering support and cooperation made this victory possible. Together, we reshaped the balance of power in Southeast Asia.
Now, as Cambodia enters a new era of strength and unity, the Indochinese Army is recruiting players above level 10 to join the ministries and the congress of Cambodia. Step forward and help shape the future of our nation!
