SECTION II : CHANGING LINE II.3"Highest Order has rights to elect Ministers to help government work during the periods; Prime Minister, Minister of Economy, Minister of Defense, and Minister of Foreign Affairs, where if The King as Highest Order under circumstances cannot ruling The Kingdom of Bahrain, Prime Minister has right to has same rights as Highest Order, where Prime Minister as Highest Order should elect one person as Vice Prime Minister that has similar role to the Highest Order (or Prime Minister when The King is present) that capable to act as the second Order of The Kingdom of Bahrain"
ADDING NEW SECTION III : MINISTERS
The Ministers are professionals elected by Highest Order at the time to help government works, where The Ministers has rights to create branch related to their tasks maximum 2 (two) branches, and assistant maximum 2 (two) persons, under Supernova assistance and Senate approval during the periods.
The Ministers has rights to elect as Senates if the Bahrain population under 158 (one hundred and fifty eighth) person.
The Ministers; Minister of Defense, Minister of Economy, Minister of Foreign Affairs, are responsible for specific area of governance mandated to each Minister.
CHANGING CURRENT SECTION III 'AMANDMENTS' to SECTION IV
adding new SECTION V : REGIONS AND EXPANSIONS
Regions are lands, water, and air assets under Bahrain governance, where Core Region located in Bahrain.
Expansions are power manuver to expand Bahrain governance to foreign states, by invading or renting the lands, where the purpose for Bahrain goodness.
Any plan for expansions (invade/rent) should be supervised by Highest Order and/or Prime Minister (or Vice Prime Minister if Prime Minister is the Highest Order) with Senates approval.
adding new SECTION VI : RESOURCES AND SPECIAL RESOURCES
Resources are assets that discovered during period of times, where there is two type of resources, Core Resources (or used to be called Resources) and Special Resources
Any offer for Core Resources rent supervised by Minister of Economy, while Special Resources need Highest Order, Supernova, and Senates presents at the time for approval.
If Core Resources located in Bahrain core region, any offer to rent Core Resources should be rejected.
