Three weeks ago, things in WarEra looked pretty predictable.
The familiar trio was leading the pack:🇵🇭the Philippines with 355 active players,
🇳🇱the Netherlands close behind with 340, and
🇷🇸Serbia holding a solid 288.
It looked like the established order wasn’t going anywhere anytime soon.
Well… that didn’t age well.
Out of nowhere, 🇻🇪Venezuela stormed the throne with a massive 681 active players, followed closely by 🇩🇪Germany with 662. That’s a serious jump, especially considering they had 208 players three weeks ago. 🇳🇱The Netherlands🇩🇪 didn’t slow down either, climbing from 340 to 494, which is a very healthy increase of 154 players.
Meanwhile, 🇷🇸Serbia is still hanging in the top tier with 263 players, only 25 fewer than before — a pretty stable result compared to the chaos happening elsewhere.
But the biggest surprise is what happened to the former champion.
Three weeks ago, 🇵🇭the Philippines ruled the leaderboard with 355 players. Today? They’re sitting at 152, which means a drop of 203 players. That’s a 57% decrease, and probably the biggest fall we’ve seen in recent memory.
The middle of the leaderboard also shuffled a bit. 🇧🇪Belgium climbed to 247 players, 🇮🇶Iraq sits at 213, 🇿🇦South Africa holds 187, while 🇸🇪Sweden and 🇦🇷Argentina joined the top ten with 174 and 157 players respectively.
So what does this all mean?
First, the balance of power clearly shifted. 🇻🇪Venezuela and 🇩🇪Germany alone now account for 1,343 active players, which is more than many entire continents had before. Second, some countries are clearly recruiting like crazy, while others may be losing players, taking breaks, or just hiding from the battlefield.
Either way, one thing is certain: the WarEra population map is far from stable, and if the last three weeks taught us anything, it’s that the next leaderboard might look completely different again.
So keep recruiting, commanders — because in WarEra, today’s underdog might be tomorrow’s superpower.
