How I Uncovered a Suspected Cheating Network, Exposed the Niger Proxy Plan, and Brought Multiple Accounts to Justice
A special investigative report on covert intelligence work, alleged coordinated multi-accounting, private communications, administrative bans, and religious provocation.
1. The Beginning of the Investigation
What began as an intelligence operation developed into an investigation that exposed a suspected network of coordinated accounts, alleged cheating methods, and an attempt to establish influence through Niger.
I was the person who uncovered the activity, collected the screenshots, examined the conversations, and brought the evidence forward. At the time, I was operating as part of the Libyan intelligence network, a position that allowed me to engage with individuals and observe discussions without everyone knowing my identity.
Several people involved in these events did not know who I really was. This included individuals whose conversations later became important to the investigation.
Among the people connected to the discussions were individuals known as Zero and Mohammed Bass. While I was communicating with them, they allegedly explained methods of cheating and discussed ways of operating multiple accounts. These conversations became important leads in my investigation.
I did not simply rely on rumours circulating among the people involved. I saved screenshots, reviewed the discussions, and connected the information I collected to the wider allegations of coordinated activity.
My objective was to uncover what was happening, identify the accounts involved, and present the evidence so that action could be taken.
2. Zero and Mohammed Bass: The Conversations That Raised Suspicion
Two names that featured in the material I collected were Zero and Mohammed Bass.
While I was operating under my intelligence identity, they did not know who I really was. According to my account, they discussed methods of cheating with me, providing information that helped direct my attention toward suspected multi-accounting and attempts to avoid restrictions.
The importance of these conversations was not limited to the individual messages. They had to be considered alongside other discussions concerning accounts, devices, internet connections, and the alleged effort to establish influence in Niger.
These exchanges formed part of the information I used to build a broader picture of the suspected operation.
The fact that I was not openly known to everyone involved was significant. I was able to gather information while the people I was speaking with were unaware of my identity and of the investigation I was conducting.
The screenshots became part of the record I was assembling to support my allegations.
3. The Niger Proxy Plan: A Network of Multiple Accounts
One of the most significant elements of the investigation was the alleged plan to turn Niger into a proxy by creating and operating multiple accounts.
The discussions I collected included references to account names, profile pictures, multiple identities, phones, and internet connections. According to my interpretation of these conversations, the activity was connected to an effort to build influence in Niger through accounts that were not genuinely independent.
The concern was that one person, or a coordinated group, could use multiple identities to create the appearance of broader support and influence than actually existed.
This raised several questions:
- Were multiple accounts being controlled by the same individuals?
- Were different identities being used to conceal who was actually behind the accounts?
- Were devices and internet connections being discussed as ways to manage accounts or avoid restrictions?
- Was Niger intended to become a proxy through which the people behind the accounts could exercise additional influence?
These were the questions I sought to investigate.
According to the evidence as I understood it, the objective was not simply to create additional accounts without a purpose. It was to use multiple identities to establish a strategic presence in Niger.
If such a plan were carried out, it could distort political representation, undermine trust, and give the people controlling those accounts an unfair advantage.
I considered these discussions important enough to document and connect with the other information I had collected.
4. The SUPER MARIO Case: Six Accounts Identified
One of the most significant cases concerned an individual known as SUPER MARIO.
According to my investigation, SUPER MARIO was operating six accounts. One of the accounts I identified as belonging to him used the name Abd_Jalil.
The screenshots I collected included discussions concerning multiple accounts, account names, profile pictures, phones, and internet connections. I considered these details relevant when examining the relationship between the accounts and the possibility that they were controlled by the same individual.
Identifying Abd_Jalil as one of SUPER MARIO's accounts was an important part of my investigation because it connected another identity to the person I believed was behind the network.
The case raised concerns about the use of multiple identities to conceal common ownership and potentially gain an advantage through coordinated activity.
According to the outcome reported to me, SUPER MARIO received a permanent ban.
This was the most severe ban among the cases I described. It marked a major development in the investigation and demonstrated that the allegations surrounding the accounts had resulted in a significant administrative consequence.
The permanent ban was especially important because the case involved six accounts, rather than a single disputed identity.
5. RIB_87: Alleged Cheating Methods Shared Through WhatsApp
Another central figure in the investigation was RIB_87.
I reported having WhatsApp private-message screenshots in which RIB_87 allegedly shared methods of cheating. I explained that I had nine additional screenshots relating to these conversations, although I could only send a limited number of additional images.
The messages formed part of the evidence I wanted to document because they allegedly went beyond general discussion and included methods that could be used to cheat.
I considered these conversations relevant to establishing what information was being shared and whether it was connected to the wider pattern of suspected misconduct.
According to the outcome I reported, RIB_87 received a five-day ban.
The case became one of the main examples in my investigation of how private communications could provide leads that would not necessarily be apparent from public activity alone.
I believe the messages deserve to be considered in their full context, rather than judging the case on a single line or isolated screenshot.
6. AK47: Another Five-Day Ban
AK47 was another individual identified during the investigation.
According to the information I provided, AK47 received a five-day ban following the events surrounding the investigation.
The sanction was separate from the permanent ban issued in the SUPER MARIO case, but it formed part of the wider series of reported disciplinary actions.
The investigation was not limited to one person or one account. It involved several names, multiple conversations, and allegations concerning different forms of misconduct.
My role was to gather the relevant information, identify the people and accounts involved, and bring the evidence forward.
The reported ban against AK47 became another outcome associated with that work.
7. The Role of Monmo: Assistance Before My Identity Was Revealed
Another person connected to the story was Monmo, who helped me during the events surrounding the investigation.
At the time, Monmo did not know my true identity. Like others I interacted with during the intelligence operation, he was unaware of who I really was.
His assistance was part of the story, but our relationship changed when I eventually revealed my identity to him.
After I told him who I was, Monmo cut off all contact with me.
There was an important personal detail behind this decision: Monmo and I were not friends. Our interaction did not come from an established friendship, and after he learned my identity, he chose to end contact.
His involvement therefore needs to be understood in that context. He helped me without knowing my real identity, but the relationship did not continue after I revealed it.
This was a separate development from the allegations against the individuals investigated. It illustrates the personal complications that arose from operating under an intelligence identity and interacting with people who did not know the full situation.
8. Religious Provocation: A Separate and Serious Concern
The investigation also took place against a wider background of conflict within the community.
According to my account, some non-Muslim individuals mocked Islam by creating or sharing images depicting Allah and the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ alongside the Pride flag.
I regarded these images as deliberate religious provocation and deeply disrespectful toward Muslims.
For Muslim participants, religious beliefs are not merely a political position or a point of debate. They are an important part of their faith and identity. Images intended to ridicule those beliefs can create anger, hostility, and a sense that the community's standards are not being applied fairly.
My concern was not that people should be forced to share the same religious beliefs. It was that religious differences should not become an excuse for targeting others with deliberate insults.
I also expressed concern about the response from the relevant administrators, particularly if reports of religious provocation were not receiving appropriate attention.
These allegations represent a separate issue from cheating and multi-accounting. They should be investigated on their own evidence and handled consistently, regardless of the nationality or religious beliefs of the people involved.
9. The Evidence and the Reported Consequences
The investigation brought together several different strands of information:
- Conversations with Zero and Mohammed Bass, who allegedly discussed cheating methods with me while I was using my intelligence identity.
- Discussions concerning multiple accounts, account names, profile pictures, devices, and internet connections.
- An alleged plan to establish Niger as a proxy through multiple accounts.
- Evidence I interpreted as connecting Abd_Jalil to SUPER MARIO.
- WhatsApp conversations in which RIB_87 allegedly shared cheating methods.
- Information concerning AK47 and the disciplinary action taken against him.
- Reports of images mocking Islamic beliefs, which raised separate concerns about religious provocation.

10. The Significance of the Investigation
The significance of this case lies in the combination of the allegations, the material I collected, and the consequences that followed.
The alleged use of multiple accounts raised questions about identity concealment and coordinated influence. The suspected Niger proxy plan raised concerns about the manipulation of political representation. The private messages involving RIB_87 were relevant to allegations of sharing cheating methods, while the SUPER MARIO case centred on the six accounts I attributed to him.
At the same time, the reports of religious provocation highlighted a different problem: the need for consistent standards of conduct and fair treatment of complaints.
These issues should not be confused with one another. Allegations of cheating require evidence of cheating, account ownership needs to be established, and reports of religious harassment should be assessed separately.
Nevertheless, all of them contributed to my concerns about accountability and the way the wider community was being managed.
11. Final Statement: The Person Behind the Investigation
I was the one who uncovered the suspected activity, gathered the screenshots, examined the conversations, and brought the allegations forward.
I operated under an intelligence identity that was not known to everyone I interacted with. Zero and Mohammed Bass allegedly discussed cheating methods with me without knowing who I really was. I identified what I believed to be links between multiple accounts, including Abd_Jalil and SUPER MARIO, and documented conversations that I considered relevant to the alleged Niger proxy operation.
My investigation also involved RIB_87 and AK47, who reportedly received five-day bans, and SUPER MARIO, who reportedly received a permanent ban.
Monmo also helped me during this period without knowing my true identity. When I eventually revealed myself, he cut off contact because we were not friends.
Alongside these events, I raised concerns about images allegedly used to mock Islam and the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, and about whether such conduct was being addressed appropriately.
The story is therefore not simply about a list of banned accounts. It is about an investigation conducted by one individual who believed that coordinated activity, cheating, and religious provocation needed to be exposed and addressed.
My objective was to uncover the truth, preserve the evidence, and seek accountability. The evidence should speak for itself, and every allegation should be judged on its merits.
