The Last Box

It was supposed to be different.

I looked at my gold balance.

I looked at the box.

The box looked back.

“Just one,” I whispered.

One became five.

Five became twenty.

Twenty became “Surely the next one has a legendary.”

The legendary never came.

My gold did, however, disappear with remarkable efficiency.

Now I stand before you—a broken man with empty pockets, shattered dreams, and approximately 17 duplicate green items I’ll never use.

My dream wasn’t yachts.

It wasn’t luxury.

It wasn’t power.

It was simple.

I wanted to build Q6 companies.

I wanted to create jobs.

I wanted to stimulate the economy.

Instead…

I stimulated the loot box economy.

So today, I swallow my pride.

If this story has taught you anything, let it be this:

Don’t let gambling win.

Be the hero I couldn’t be.

Take the gold you were about to spend on another box…

…and donate it to someone who has already made that mistake for you.

Think of it as charity.

Think of it as an investment.

Think of it as funding scientific research into whether the next box is actually rigged.

Every tip gets me one step closer to rebuilding.

Every donation is another brick in the future Q6 empire.

And every gold you send is one less gold I can irresponsibly spend on boxes.

Together, we can turn this tragedy into the greatest economic comeback War Era has ever seen.

Or at the very least…

…we can stop me from clicking “Open Box” ever again.

Thank you for attending my financial funeral.
