TDLR

Hello everyone, I'm writing this guide because I see a lot of people overwhelmed by the update. I will not explain any of the new mechanics (if interested in that read https://app.warera.io/article/6adf359bfa3cee34a8361e3b) but rather just tell you what you need to do. If you have any questions feel free to ask in the comments so other people can read them as well

Employees are worth it!
So first things first they are really valuable and can earn as much as the Automated engine of the company so don't sleep on it insta-upgrade your breakrooms to LVL3

Location of company
You no longer need to chase the top production bonus with your company so you can safely set your company in the same location for the rest of the game. RECOMMENDED: use the safest region of your own country, that way taxes go to your country. If you live in a very unsafe region (I'm looking at you Balkan), you may consider setting companies in safe regions that never get attacked because your employees can die if the region of the company gets invaded.

Hiring the employee
Once you upgraded the breakrooms you can start hiring employees. Things to look out for:

-Always go for the youngest one avalaible (19 or 21 isn't a big difference but 20 has priority over 28)

-1 stat is always revealed if they are young you start looking at this:

1) Lot of training sessions are great (8-12+)
2) Good traits
3) production, discipline, luck don't matter that much

Only reroll if none of the employees is younger then 35 and all have terrible stats. Never reroll twice just fire them the day after if they are bad.

Training the employee

After some days they will make you lots of money so don't worry if at day 1 you lose money on them. HOWEVER: training and hiring costs energy so i would recommend to hire 1 employee and train him immediately, only then hire next employee and so on.

The training itself depends on your leadership skill:

Grey or green events: always go for extra production, if not available lower the wage.

Blue event: if applicable remove a bad habit, if not go for an extra training session.

Purple and legendary events: good traits are the most powerfull so if you have the space choose these first, then extra training sessions again.

This way you make your employee stonger most of the days with green or grey events and extend their opportunities if you have a better event.

Player stats

For war players: no extra SP in eco is needed while in war apart from companies and luck.

For war players in eco: invest SP in energy and leadership, this way you build strong employees for during your ware period.

For eco players: 12 comps, max leadership, Energy and management have equal value now. However i would recommend going 1 week with all out energy so you have 12 companies with 3 employees and can train them all each day. Afterwards go for a 1:1 ratio with management and energy. Your remaining SP can be put in production but you will probably never work again for yourself coming months so it's a waste.

DO NOT INVEST SP IN PRODUCTION

Employee stats

Never move your employees this will make them sad and remove their specific production bonus for that product. Under 30 happiness people will start leaving your company.

Manager

Hire 1 manager, someone you know preferably in war so you can talk to him and so you can work for him as well, a sort of buddy system for minimum wage. He needs to click on the saddest person you have and give him +5 happiness and needs to increase production for your highest net earning employee. ECO players can be negative for your wage if you don't have strong employees yet.

Special events

way too many just try and gamble on good hoop try to pick safe options so your trainings aren't wasted.

Tools

different tools need to be used on different products in companies, just give it to someone who earns you the most or has a trait for working with tools. Scrap legendary and mythic tools they will earn you more this way.
