Mr. President, thank you for joining us. Could you introduce yourself to the WarEra community and briefly explain how you rose to the Polish presidency?
Hello, I am https://app.warera.io/user/682f1183b3bbff72427dafb2, the President of https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d446e731854c7ac7ae, returning after a long break. I have just become president for the fifth time in my political career.
Poland currently controls a vast stretch of territory across Asia, reaching all the way to https://app.warera.io/country/683ddd2c24b5a2e114af1609. At what point did this expansion stop being opportunistic and become a long-term strategic vision?
It was supposed to be just a spontaneous action, to eat some Pad Thai in Thailand. However, after establishing cooperation with https://app.warera.io/country/6873d0ea1758b40e712b5f56 and https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d546e731854c7ac829, we decided to stay and admire the further charms of Asia.
Historically, Poland is remembered as a European power often fighting for survival. How do you reconcile that legacy with Poland now projecting power thousands of kilometers from Europe?
The beginning of Poland was exactly like that, we fought for survival and independence. Later, when the opportunity arose, we decided it was time to create our own unconventional story.
Many players view Poland’s eastward expansion as one of the most unexpected developments on the map. What mistakes did your rivals make that allowed this to happen?
As I said, we wanted to create an unconventional story. Our rivals underestimated our willingness for dialogue. Leaders driven by their own egos severed diplomatic relations, and citizens simply abandoned them. That was entirely their choice.
https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d446e731854c7ac79c has recently experienced a significant population surge, often described as a “baby boom.” Do you view this as a future strategic threat or an opportunity for cooperation?
I congratulate Germany. For a long time, this country was poorly governed and subservient to larger powers, it was simply a proxy state and that is why we conquered it earlier.
I believe Germany deserves more than just following foreign orders for someone else’s benefit. The new government seems more reasonable and independent of outside influence, so I predict a strong future for them and hope for cooperation in the region.
Holding territory is often harder than taking it. What are the biggest challenges in maintaining stability across your Asian holdings?
In reality, we are only facing bored people who deserted or were expelled from their homelands. They ended up there by accident or because someone convinced them to waste supplies on fictional ideas.
We treat it as entertainment and allow it, because even if we were to lose the region, reclaiming it would be much easier.
Does Poland see itself as a continental power, a global power, or something else entirely?
We are simply an ordinary country trying to balance forces in the world. We have around six or seven allies, while others have more than ten.
We do not want to be a hegemon or a global power, nor do we want to win at all costs.
How have alliances influenced Poland’s ability to connect Europe to Southeast Asia? Which relationships were critical?
https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d546e731854c7ac81d is the country we owe this connection to in the past. Currently, we maintain strong cooperation with the Asian Federation, which acts as a guardian of the region.
Our brothers from https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d446e731854c7ac7b8 also help maintain order in the northern regions.
Critics argue that such a long territorial chain is vulnerable. How do you respond to concerns that Poland is overextended?
Of course, such a stretch is risky, but who cares?
We are not afraid of challenges and even invite them. We do not fill all the countries as proxy. Any loss of territory would only strengthen us and serve as a perfect opportunity to attract new citizens to Poland.
Looking ahead, what does success look like for Poland?
Poland has already achieved success.
We fought for and won our independence. We were part of a large alliance that ruled the world, and later part of a smaller one that was attacked by the entire world.
We feel fulfilled. Now, we simply want to enjoy the game as much as possible.
Bonus Question: “KURWA BÓBR” has reached near-mythical status. Was Poland’s expansion driven by rational strategy, or beaver-inspired chaos?
So far, we have preferred rational tactics.
But perhaps one day, we will ride out on our beavers shouting: KURWA BÓBR!
As Poland looks ahead to the next chapter of its expansion, the question remains whether strategy, diplomacy, or a very determined beaver will shape what comes next.
