https://app.warera.io/user/6840719c83d6e0c62c8d1fb3 has returned to the presidency during a period many consider one of the most volatile eras the game has seen so far.

Since your previous presidency, what do you believe has changed the most in both https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d446e731854c7ac7b6and the wider WarEra political landscape?

https://app.warera.io/user/6840719c83d6e0c62c8d1fb3

First, it was a change in the way the Romanian citizens think.

They were getting bored sitting on the steel bonus and just fending off revolts, so I rebranded the way our military works in such a way that it disciplined our warriors faster than anyone could think of.

Secondly, we’ve solidified the relations with our allies, we’ve shown the world that https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d446e731854c7ac7b6 is a country with an iron will, that it can be relied on, that will not give up even in those tough times and will continue to strike harder and harder.

Finally, everything that happened until now defines https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d446e731854c7ac7b6 as a whole, we will adapt and overcome.

You are returning to office after a significant period of wars, shifting alliances, and major map changes. What motivated you to step back into the presidency again?

https://app.warera.io/user/6840719c83d6e0c62c8d1fb3

The only candidate for presidency was https://app.warera.io/user/68ea38b93d14daeef885c966 and to be honest, he was not ready.

We get along pretty well and also talk privately, I’ve seen a lot of commitment from him and this is why I chose him as my Minister of Defense. Even if both of us belong to the same party and participated in the Presidential Elections, I believe that everyone deserves a fair chance.

I’ve been slowly coaching https://app.warera.io/user/68ea38b93d14daeef885c966 and believe he will be a great figure that will define the right path for https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d446e731854c7ac7b6 in the near future.

https://app.warera.io/user/697558ff244a51dff0749db6

Looking back at your earlier term, is there any decision you would handle differently today with the experience you now have?

https://app.warera.io/user/6840719c83d6e0c62c8d1fb3

I wished I was more honest with https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d446e731854c7ac7eb back in the day. Should’ve told them sooner we do not appreciate their actions and how they tried to push us around.

I assumed https://app.warera.io/user/6890cdec33b195471a68f4d6 was more mature than that, but money changes people.

https://app.warera.io/user/697558ff244a51dff0749db6

https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d446e731854c7ac7b6 has gone through victories, defeats, rebuilding phases, and political transformations over the past months. How would you describe the current state of the country compared to the https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d446e731854c7ac7b6 you first inherited?

https://app.warera.io/user/6840719c83d6e0c62c8d1fb3

Our country is very united now. The recent baby boom has brought a lot of players and vision into the country, we are constantly taking feedback and answering questions from our new players.

This is an opportunity for https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d446e731854c7ac7b6 to find fresh blood that will take the country to places it has never seen before and for us old folks to take a step back and relax.

https://app.warera.io/user/697558ff244a51dff0749db6

During your absence from the presidency, how did your perspective on leadership and politics evolve? Did stepping away change the way you approach power?

https://app.warera.io/user/6840719c83d6e0c62c8d1fb3

I’ve slowly realized how a lot of countries are actually two-faced and can’t be trusted, they are not doing their own research before opening their mouths and pointing the fingers.

It’s no use to give the names, I’ll just bring facts and API data to the table when it’s needed.

https://app.warera.io/user/697558ff244a51dff0749db6

Many older players still associate your name with the rise of modern https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d446e731854c7ac7b6 in WarEra. Do you feel pressure returning under those expectations, especially after such a long history tied to the country?

https://app.warera.io/user/6840719c83d6e0c62c8d1fb3

My duty is my fate. Whenever my country will need me, I will be there.

Whenever someone needs help, I will be there.

I am willing to give up a lot for the bigger picture, but a person in my position needs to understand that the wishes of my citizens are far more important than what I wish for.

Only through hard work and listening can a true leader be born.

https://app.warera.io/user/697558ff244a51dff0749db6

The current world feels far more fragmented and militarized than before. Do you believe diplomacy still has the same value it once had, or has WarEra become increasingly driven by raw power?

https://app.warera.io/user/6840719c83d6e0c62c8d1fb3

Diplomacy will always be the backbone of this game, it is the only one driving this game forward. I view diplomacy as an unspoken rule between countries.

However, one thing is certain, there is no enforceable punishment that awaits them when countries go back on their word, the game has been reduced to a series of backstabbing which will always leave people with a bad taste in their mouth.

https://app.warera.io/user/697558ff244a51dff0749db6

Your previous interview emphasized responsibility, stability, and honoring agreements. After everything that has happened since then, do you still follow those same principles, or have recent events forced you to adapt?

https://app.warera.io/user/6840719c83d6e0c62c8d1fb3

Responsibility, stability, and honoring agreements will always be my core principles.

However, the battlefield requires a lot more than this. With more and more tactics used against us in bad faith, I can only hammer the attitude of my citizens and transform them into disciplined soldiers.

With v0.24.7-beta balancing update, I am truly happy that admins have listened to the feedback received by players and made the necessary changes to slightly improve the quality of the game and battlefield.

https://app.warera.io/user/697558ff244a51dff0749db6

https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d446e731854c7ac7b6 today contains both veterans who remember earlier eras and newer generations of players who joined much later. How do you plan to unite those groups under one direction?

https://app.warera.io/user/6840719c83d6e0c62c8d1fb3

The moment new players join us, their curiosity is through the roof.

They have a lot of questions and want to do as many things to help us, so I and a few other veteran players sit down and patiently explain everything that they want to know and then what they need to do to help us.

Even if the same question is repeated 100 times, we will answer. Even if they do not listen to us, we will still support them until they manage to get a grasp of their skills. We do not punish curiosity, exploration, habits.

We respect our new players the same way we respect our veterans.

https://app.warera.io/user/697558ff244a51dff0749db6

When people look at this new chapter of your presidency months from now, what do you hope will separate it from your first term?

https://app.warera.io/user/6840719c83d6e0c62c8d1fb3

You could say my first term was from the top of the heap, I was given absolute power to bring life into our players and if you ask my citizens, they had a blast.

Months later, now into my second chapter of presidency, I’ve slipped from the top of the heap and fell into mud. Behind me are my citizens and instead of letting them get dirty with me, I help them jump over the pool of mud, me being last.

https://app.warera.io/user/697558ff244a51dff0749db6

Bonus Question:

Is https://app.warera.io/user/6841cf283655f677fb5a581f still shitty?

https://app.warera.io/user/6840719c83d6e0c62c8d1fb3

https://app.warera.io/user/6841cf283655f677fb5a581f was never a shitty person, he was just one man suffering from circumstances he could not control.

I believe he is resentful that things didn’t go the way he wanted, but I think he deserves a break to gather his thoughts and calm down.

We thank President https://app.warera.io/user/6840719c83d6e0c62c8d1fb3 for taking the time to participate in this follow-up interview and share his perspective on https://app.warera.io/country/6813b6d446e731854c7ac7b6's current direction, leadership, and the evolving state of WarEra.

Many players across the world will undoubtedly be watching closely to see how the country continues to shape its legacy on the global stage.
