The shadow over War Era: A time for justice

The foundations of War Era are shaking. What began as an arena of pure strategy is now collapsing under nepotism and the blatant abuse of power. Players face mutes without reason and support tickets that vanish into a black hole. It is an open secret: the law is no longer equal.

"Blind belief in authority is the greatest enemy of truth." — Albert Einstein

The hypocrisy is staggering. Section X of the official rules (https://app.warera.io/rules) explicitly guarantees transparent punishments and detailed explanations during appeals. Yet, in blatant violation of their own written law, tickets are abruptly closed without a single word of explanation.

When two players commit the exact same offense, it is not the rulebook that determines the penalty, but their connection to the moderator. Where one player gets away with a mild warning due to personal ties or national loyalty, the other is ruthlessly banned or silenced indefinitely.

To be clear, anyone who breaks the rules must face consequences—there is no doubt about that—but punishments must be equal for everyone. This toxic form of class justice eats away at the community.

A system that bends its own laws to protect its chosen elite instantly loses its legitimacy. We are being ruled by the whims of tyrants who cannot handle the power they wield.

It is time for the players to rise. We demand a radical restructuring and a binding constitution for moderators. To guarantee absolute impartiality, hard structural boundaries must be established immediately:

  • Territorial ban: Moderators must under no circumstances handle tickets or reports from their own country or alliance. Conflicts of interest must be eliminated at the door.

  • Accountable justice: Every moderator decision must be contestable outside the moderation team. To eliminate internal bias and prevent moderators from covering for one another, final appeals are judged by a Supreme Court elected entirely by the player community.

"Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere." — Martin Luther King Jr.

The enforcers exist for the players, not the other way around. Without our time, our passion, and our activity, their positions are utterly meaningless. Do not accept the silence any longer. Expose the arbitrariness, reject the unfair mutes, and flood the helpdesk with unyielding facts.

"There is no liberty if the power of judging be not separated from the legislative and executive powers." — Montesquieu

Demand War Era back. The real power has always belonged to the players.
