The Vatican opens its borders!
For the first time since the election of @69b9d87975d28d85e725c8c2 the Vatican opens its border to immigration.
One of the promises of the newly elected Pope was to increase the population of the Vatican. So far, due to political reasons, we were unable to do so.
Finally we can allow new people into the great halls of the St. Peter's Basilica.
Why would you want to live among the clergy of the Vatican?
If you enjoy being part of a smaller nation, if you want to be part of a nation that is developing into a force for good and if you like the occasional Catholic atmosphere of the Vatican then you should submit a request for citizenship.
Due to the smaller size of our nation, however, we had to implement several rules in order to preven the possibility of becoming a proxy to any nation.
The Vatican is an independent nation and shall remain this way for as long as I rule!
Rules:
Must be at least level 15. (If you are below that level then you may still try your luck!)
Will have to answer several questions from the newly founded Catholic Inquisitiorial Unit(CIU).
Will need the approval of 3 council members.(Discussed internally)
I know these rules might sound harsh but this process has been tested and streamlined so you will not have to wait long for an answer! This is, again, to ensure the continued stability of the heart of Catholicism.
