I want to be rich. No one respect poor people in warera. So i was grinding from the start. Tried so many things. At last keeping employees was most profitable.
So from past 2 weeks mainly focusing on employees. I started keep cash, stock and upgraded my storage. Even i send welcoming msg to new employees.
I keep matching the highest wage in the market. I have to shift production in every 2-3 days because of huge variation in profit on items.
For example: 1 person joined my company. Changed to war mode next day. I noticed on 4th day. So i msg and we talked. He told me to kick but i didn't. Because i do not want to waste 4% fidelity. So after approx 2 weeks he came back to eco mode again. Today morning when i woke up I saw the notification he left the company. Because storage was full before 2 hours of my wake up time (he left at 5 am, i woke up at 7am). I felt bad 2 weeks of investment, i got nothing in return. ( 1000 storage capacity btw ) this is just sad. I mean you can do everything but still you can't get optimum profit shown on arcana. Because mostly employees only do 50-80 % of pp. Only few rare superactive do 100% of pp capacity.
All i want to say is vatou please bring clanker update soon. (Btw i love my employees. I got crazy good employees who are at 10% fidelity and they are loyal) i want clanker update to get optimum profit nothing else.
