90% Bandwidth Reduction Penalty: Platforms that fail to fulfill their legal obligations, appoint a representative, or remove harmful content may face advertising bans followed by bandwidth reduction penalties of up to 90%.
Closure Penalty Removed: With the latest regulations, the complete access link section of platforms has been removed from the text. This will prevent the complete banning of platforms from being legally possible.
5651 Format: The definitions of "game," "game distributor," "game developer," and "game platform" are added to the law, transforming it into a sectoral legal framework. Support for the Domestic Game Industry: TOGED (Turkish Game Developers Association) is growing steadily, and products that facilitate the production processes of domestic game developers are being accepted.

First of all, everything is aimed at shutting down games. 90% bandwidth reduction means we won't be able to play games anymore. Games like CS will become unplayable. But if a representative comes, which is almost impossible, maybe it won't happen, the real problem is that EVERYTHING IS AIMED AT SHUTTING DOWN GAMES. If this law hadn't been presented to parliament, Turkey would likely have turned into North Korea. I hope we get the results of our reactions soon. THE PROBLEM IS NOT WITH THE GAMES, IT'S WITH THE PEOPLE. The second issue is the age limit. Now, what the hell is PEGI for? Can you please explain this to me? I'm going crazy. Identity verification will be required. Why would I give my identity to a game I don't know? Am I wrong?
