v0.25.1-beta

Missions: auto-claim & live progress tags

Missions no longer need to be claimed one by one, and you can see your progress right on the buttons you're using.

  • Auto-claim: mission XP is now granted the instant a mission completes — no more tapping each mission to collect. A toast pops up and plays the XP animation automatically. (Per-mission "ready to claim" dots are gone; the finished-set bonus still shows its claim badge.)

  • Mission tags on buttons: action buttons across the game (work/economy, combat, MU, market, chat, articles, craft/dismantle/cases) now show a circular progress ring and a tooltip listing the active missions tied to that action. When several missions share a button it surfaces the highest-priority one (starting > daily > weekly, specific before generic).

  • Live updates: mission progress streams over websockets, so rings and tags update without refreshing.

  • Creating a military unit now counts toward the join MU mission (the creator auto-joins if they had none).

  • New Deal damages on orders mission.

Map: redesigned labels

  • Country and alliance labels are now crisp HTML markers (flag/avatar on top, name below) with a fade-in animation, replacing the old map text. Region labels got the same treatment with better decluttering so they no longer overlap at zoom changes.

  • Alliance map mode: each alliance shows a single shared label, and countries not in an alliance now keep their own colors instead of being greyed out.

  • Split-territory countries (island clusters) correctly show one label per landmass; labels still respect the hide flags option.

  • New alliance shortcut in the region right-click menu (shown when the country is in an alliance), styled in the alliance's color.

Shop & skins

  • Skins can now be bought with money (not just gems). Gifting and author commissions are paid in the matching currency; money-priced skins are excluded from gem skin packs.

  • New skin: WC2026 (World Cup 2026) — Mythic light-ammo skin, 500 money, available until 2026-06-30.

  • The shop home page has a new Skins section (top 6, money-buyable first) with owned-state checkmarks and a redesigned card.

Economy: region & work taxes reworked

  • Foreign-citizen income tax: when you work in a country you're not a citizen of, 30% of your work income tax now goes to your citizenship country and the rest to the country where you work.

  • This replaces the old resistance "hijack" mechanic: a conquered region's resistance bar no longer redirects up to 40% of company-wage income tax (or development income) to the originally-owning country. All region development income now goes to the current owner. (The resistance-bar tooltip describing the old hijack is gone.)

  • Region transfer tax: proposing a region transfer (Propose transfer region) now charges an extra paper transfer tax on top of the region's price — same rate as a country-to-country money transfer — paid by the buying country.

Other changes

  • Debuff duration reduced from 16h to 15.5h

  • 19 new premium emotes: :Aaaah:, :CoupleLove:,, :Hmm:, :ICANT:, :Letsgo:, :Warerita:, :begone:, :carefulthere:,, :fish:, :hampter:, :huggie:, :patpat:, :skclowns:, :skull:, :sway:, :talktohand: and :yipee:.

  • Craft: the crafting modal now remembers the rarity you last selected across sessions.

  • Search: results now include alliances, and searching a raw ID resolves it directly across users, countries, regions, MUs, parties and alliances. User matches bumped from 3 to 5.

  • Profile fix: the skills notification dot now only shows on your own profile, not on other players'.

  • Colorblind mode reworked: the old full-UI palette swap is replaced by a lighter opt-in toggle in Layout Options that only adjusts item rarity colors (Epic shows as pink to separate it from blue Rare); the setting syncs to your account. Legendary's color also moved from amber to yellow.

  • New accounts now start with 100 light ammo (was 30).

  • Alliance mentions: alliance links pasted in articles and chat now render as clickable alliance names, like country/MU/company/party mentions.

On a personal note:
