As level is now way easier to get for a new users, the level requirements has been changed:
Take control minimum level: 3 -> 15
Vote minimum level: 5 -> 15
Candidate minimum level: 0 -> 15
Referral badge level needed: 10 -> 20
Can set referrer before level: 3 -> 10
New mission: Donate x to MU/Country
Removed move company as daily mission (still weekly, depending on companies owned)
Replaced tip article mission => read article mission
Fixing sell/buy items missions
Added few more translations
