Fixed mercenary auction bid permission on UI: only MU commanders can place bids.
Added bid confirmation modal before submitting an auction bid.
Improved auction status display: expired auctions now show explicit "Expired" labels (no bids / battle ended / round ended) and hide countdown when expired.
