Q1. Can you introduce yourself to our readers?

Of course. I'm Juniiya, current and 4 time Vice President of the Netherlands. I turn 38 years old in a couple of days and live together with my wife and our dog.

Q2. Netherlands is currently one of the highest damage countries in the game. How did you build that level of military power?

Well, a lot has to do with the number of active players of course. But about a month ago I developed a build optimizer tool that helps make perma-war builds. We call these war-eco builds. We've seen quite an increase in players using these. That means our minimum baseline damage increased a lot and we have a lot more flexibility on when to go for sustainable war gear or use some lesser gear and earn money but still do good damage. We also try to help as many of our players with their builds and gear, so that we don't see low level players use a jet with random green gear and a weird hybrid build.

Q3. You are second in population only behind Germany. How do you manage and organize a community that large?

Good question. Sometimes I'm surprised myself. When we first started baby booming we also started to implement a really well organised government and community Discord server and system. This helped us get the whole community involved and rely on a sort of self-serving community for managing all the players. The community is really great and we've constantly put a lot of energy and work to keep it that way. I always said, the community is the strongest asset you have, without it we would be nothing. So it's the most important thing.

Q4. Looking at your territory on the map, Netherlands controls a significant part of Northern Europe. Was expansion always the plan or did it happen naturally?

Yes and no. The game is called WarEra and war is part of it, it brings fun to people to paint the world orange. Besides it can also bolster our economy with added SRs even though we currently have nowhere near enough to do anything worthwhile with it. North Europe is a congested part of the world and it's hard to make big strides. Countries that have been taken over will of course revolt and that keeps us busy too, which is a big reason why we can't easily conquer more land even though our damage would definitely let us.

Q5. Netherlands is part of Fight Club. How would you describe your role within the alliance?

Q6. With the kind of damage output Netherlands has, you are essentially a game changer in any battle you enter. How do other factions react to that?

Hard to say, you should ask them I guess. I mean I know that Belgium and the Netherlands, we are basically one nation two flags, are at least taken very seriously and I doubt there are a lot of countries who don't fear our damage output.

Q7. How would you describe the relationship between Netherlands and Morocco?

I myself haven't had a lot of contact with Morocco or any Moroccans but from what I hear it's a good relationship.

Q8. Fight Club currently dominates the map. Do you see any realistic threat to that dominance right now?

At the moment I don't think so. But game-changing updates should be coming in the near future. This could probably change the whole current bloc versus bloc geopolitics.

Q9. Is there a faction or player on the map that you personally respect the most?

Q10. Netherlands is clearly in a phase of growth and development. Where do you see the country in the next few weeks?

It depends really, we're hoping to get more players interested and maybe even try and get a new baby boom. We've lost a couple of higher level players due to real life issues or otherwise.
